$396 Bonus on checking account with First Tennessee Bank

First Tennessee Bank is running a checking account promotion which allows you to earn up to $396 bonus. All you need to do is to follow the banks requirements in order to gain the bonus. The bank will require you to open a checking account, a money market savings account, and secure a real estate secured portfolio loan. This offer is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2011.
Checking Account
The bank will require to to deposit a minimum of $300 to open this checking account. This balance must be maintained or have a higher deposit and you must setup at least one direct deposit posted in your account within 60 days from account opening. Within six weeks from the time that the direct deposit got posted you will receive your $100 which will be credited on to your account.
Money Market Savings Account
You need to deposit and maintain a minimum balance of at least $10,000 on your money market savings account to earn an additional $100 bonus which will be credited on to your account six weeks after meeting the requirements.
Real Estate Portfolio Loan
You need to apply for real estate portfolio loan before November 30, 2011 to receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. The Gift Card will be mailed to you in approximately 4 weeks after you have closed the loan. The Visa Gift Card that will be issued to you is a prepaid credit card which can be use everywhere.
If you take advantage of all three offers, and was successful to fulfill all qualifications before the given deadline you will receive an extra bonus worth $96. This special bonus will automatically be credited on to your checking account by January 1, 2012. Please note that you are not required to open all 3 accounts at the same time.
