CD Rates with H&R Block Bank still competitive at 2.25% APY for a 24-month term, 2.00% APY for 3-month CD promo

H&R Block Bank continues to offer best interest rates for their certificate of deposit deals. The best cd rates appear to be the 24-month CD which earns 2.25% APY. The 36-, 48-, and 60-month make 2.50% APY. Consumers can take advantage of the highest rates with a minimum deposit of $250.

The interest rates that we have here are accurate as of September 11. Remember that these cd interest rates may be altered any time without notice. The bank also honors the interest rate effective on the post mark in case you will opt to mail in your application.

Interested individuals can complete an application online. This is provided by an Andera which has a secure platform commonly used for online bank forms. There is also an available ACH facility to fund your certificate of deposit.

The bank imposes a penalty equal to 3 months of interest for early withdrawal.
